1. Payment
    All of our items are tax free so the price you see is the price you pay, plus postage and package (shipping) as stated in each listing. However, please keep in mind that your country of residence may charge you for customs fees on parcels arriving from the UK.
    Shipping
    We will endeavour to ship all items within 3 to 5 working days of clearance of payment into our account. Please contact us if you need your item urgently and we will do our best to dispatch it the same day. We are based in the UK, so please take this into account if you need to receive your item before a certain date. We try to post all items through Royal Mail first class but sometimes other courier services will be used. We will obtain a tracking number for items sent overseas.

Refunds and Exchanges
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt with the exception of custom orders which cannot be returned and are excluded from the refund policy unless faulty.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days after inspection of the goods. No shipping costs (postage and packaging) will be refunded.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original conditions. They must be complete, undamaged, and unused. Items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please send them, if possible, in original package. Should you no longer have it, please choose any other suitable package to prevent transportation damage.
